IBM WAS v8.5 와 Eclipse 연동 후에 서버 시작시 IBM Assembly and Deploy Tools 관련 Error 발생

1. WAS 버전 : IBM WAS v8.5

2. OS : All

3. Error 발생 시점 : IBM WAS v8.5 와 Eclipse 연동 후에 서버를 시작하면 IBM Assembly and Deploy Tools 관련 Error 발생

4. Error message :
IBM Assembly and Deploy Tools for WebSphere Administration does not support Run server with resources within the workspace publishing option.  You need to switch the publishing option to Run server with resources on server.       

5. 예상 이유 :
 무료로 제공되는 eclipse 연동 버전의 경우에는 'Run server with resources within the workspace' 옵션을 지원하지 않음
 - 해당 옵션은 server 로 자원을 배포하는 것이 아니라 workspace 내의 자원을 그대로 publishing 하여 server 에서 사용하는 옵션
 - 자원을 절약하는 면은 있지만 개발자 입장에서 'Run server with resources on server' 와의 큰 차이는 없음

6. 조치 방안 :
 가이드에 명시된 데로 publishing option 을 'Run server with resources on server' 로 변경하면
 해당 error 는 더이상 나타나지 않음
 (해당 메뉴는 eclipse 의 Server 탭에서 해당 서버를 더블 클릭하면 확인할 수 있음)
